The premiere went off without a hitch! Thank you to everyone who came, and to those could not make it but were thinking of us! After a year of preparation, hard work, tears, smiles, and sharing... it has all been returned to us with love!

Thank you for the beautiful dancers of the company (Giovanna Belloni, Cecilia Croce, Hannah Goldberg, Francesca Lastella, Leo Moreno, and Franco Tavano). “BE POSITIVE… So Far So Good!” is a dance-theatre show from Compagnia Balafori and artistic director Alessandra Costa. The show will hit the stage on October 10th, 2016 in collaboration with ALA Milano Onlus and sponsored by the Municipality of Milan.
​
“BE POSITIVE… So Far So Good!” is the true story of a dancer living with HIV for 30 years.
​
A body and soul that bounce, take shape, and dance to fight against this "HIV monster", surrounded by the echo of the music.
A fight through dance, because to dance means to continue, to cling to life, to feel the movement.
“They said that dancing keeps my virus in a silent state ... and so I dance ..."
​
Fundamental to this project is the collaboration with ALA Milano Onlus, which in recent years has gained extensive experience in the field concerning issues related to sexually transmitted diseases and HIV infection/AIDS, which will be the focus of the show’s proceedings.
​
The show will be interpreted by seven “dancer-actors” who come from many countries, including Canada, Argentina and Italy: Alessandra Costa, Giovanna Belloni Giustiniani, Cecilia Francesca Croce, Hannah Goldberg, Francesca Lastella, Leonardo Moreno, Franco Tavano.

“BE POSITIVE… fino a qui tutto bene!” è uno spettacolo di teatro danza che la Compagnia Balafori, diretta dalla coreografa Alessandra Costa, porterà in scena il 10 di ottobre in collaborazione con ALA Milano Onlus e con il Patrocinio del Comune di Milano.
​
“BE POSITIVE…fino a qui tutto bene”, è la storia vera di una danzatrice che convive con l’HIV da 30 anni.
​
Un corpo e un’anima che ogni giorno rimbalzano, prendono forma, danzano, contro questo “mostro HIV”, avvolti dall’eco della musica.
Un combattimento danzante, perché danzare è continuare, è attaccarsi alla vita, è sentirne il movimento.
“Dicono che la danza mantenga il mio virus in uno stato silente.. e allora io danzo...."
​
Fondamentale per questo progetto la collaborazione con ALA Milano Onlus, che in questi anni ha maturato sul campo una grande esperienza inerente le tematiche connesse alle malattie sessualmente trasmissibili e al contagio da HIV/Aids, a cui andranno i proventi della serata.
Lo spettacolo vedrà in scena 7 interpreti “danzattori” che provengono da vari paesi, Canada, Argentina e Italia: Alessandra Costa, Giovanna Belloni Giustiniani, Cecilia Francesca Croce, Hannah Goldberg, Francesca Lastella, Leonardo Moreno, Franco Tavano.
